FAQ for Respondents
- Do I have to pay to be a respondent?
No.
- How much do I get paid?
You earn $1 for every question answered.
- When do I get paid?
You will be paid every Monday for jobs done in the last 7 days. Very rarely, a guy asks for a refund because he is dissatisfied with your response. You don't get paid when this happens.
- How many questions can an active respondent work on in a day?
You may respond to no more than 25 questions in a day. We do this to maintain the quality of answers provided. All questions, once received, are assigned to a pool where you can reserve them on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
- How soon can I start?
In order to fight spam, we manually approve every sign-up. It may take up to 24 hours to get your profile approved (it's usually much sooner - more like 1-2 hours). Once your profile gets approved, you may begin reserving questions right away.
- What kind of software do I need?
You need to be connected to the internet and have a web browser. You do not need any other software.
- Is PayPal the only way to get paid?
Currently, yes.
